Overview

Philosophia (from Greek philein, to have an affinity for or to orient oneself toward, and sophia, wisdom) is the overarching framework concerned with understanding reality at its most fundamental level. It addresses what exists, how we know, and what it means. Philosophia encompasses the foundational assumptions, commitments, and methods through which reality is conceptualized, questioned, investigated, and interpreted. It provides the tools with which we examine the world, the transcendent, and the unknown.
